What I love most about my home is that it feels like living in an early 19th century house, with restored materials, terracotta and finishes, period furniture, but with the comforts of a modern home.
The house is unique in its kind as it is located in the center of a small village.
The outdoor space is relaxing with a beautiful view from the swimming pool, which opens onto two valleys.
You can eat outside and in the evening you always need a sweater as it is cool and windy even on the hottest summer nights.
The house
The house is on three floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen: gas stove, microwave oven, oven, fridge with freezer.
Living room with fireplace, sofa and dining table. On the middle floor bathroom. On the first floor 3 double bedrooms and bathroom, on the attic floor double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.
Independent heating for each floor.
The kitchen and the living room door lead to the garden and to the portico equipped with table and armchairs.
The swimming pool has a splendid view and has a utility room with bathroom and multifunctional fitness machine.
Private parking with 2 parking spaces. Enclosed garden.
Guest access
The house is for exclusive use with private garden and swimming pool.

Please leave the kitchen clean and place dishes in the dishwasher. If the kitchen is not left clean, an extra cleaning fee of €50.00 will be applied. Pets allowed, but cannot be washed in the bathrooms of the house. All pet hair must be removed prior to departure. This is not included in the final cleaning of the house. Otherwise, an extra cleaning will be charged. Please put used sheets and towels near the washing machine.
